Panel 1: In a hospital room, a physician looks at her watch beside a patient in bed while a nurse holds a clipboard. The physician says, "Time of death, 4:53 PM."

Panel 2: The physician drives home alone, still wearing her white coat, looking quiet and emotionally drained.

Panel 3: The physician arrives home. Her young child runs toward her with open arms and says, "Mommy, mommy, play with me."
